Often on Sunday nights I find myself watching this, mostly due to a lack of any other poker being on at this point in time. Does anyone else normally watch this?
The thing I want to bring up: they replaced Michael Konik with Michael Gracz as an announcer. Konik frequently misread outs on hands, and just made himself seem stupid by stating things that weren't true about poker. Gracz makes it a LOT better show, even though the show is still riddled with terrible poker players.
On tonight's episode, I witnessed a first for any poker show I have ever seen. Gracz was literally YELLING about a player at the table making a particular play. There was a man who had only raised one pot all night, and he moved all in with AKo. The other man called, with Q-2 suited. This really must have angered him, because he was talking very loudly about it. I actually started laughing about how angry Gracz seemed about the play.
I Tivo this show and it passes the time. It seems that out of the 6 players that 1 or 2 of them may actually be able to play. I've seen some poor play on that show and quite a few donkeys but I still watch it.
God I hate this show, its just like watching a table game at a casino, nothing like real poker IMO. I think its the worst 'poker' show out there right now! I'd rather watch celebrity poker.

So are you saying that I can't use this as a tool to learn on how to play poker. I was hoping to use it as a stepping stone so one day I could take on jojobinks. There goes that theory.
