How bout the normal shmucks say like Dmitri Nobles wearing the upside down hat. He's not a pro, just a used car salesman with what was once a large stack. But the image of the upside down hat engraves itself into your head. Do they just come up to you and ask "hey, will you wear this for XXX amount?"

nobles qualified for the main event through a pokerstars satellite. if you decide to take the free hotel room that pokerstars offers as part of the package, then you have to wear their logo throughout the event with no additional compensation.

so - 99% of the people that you see wearing pokerstars gear are doing it for the hotel room package and nothing more.

Here’s my deal. Depending on my situation from week to week, I receive one entire day (Saturday or Sunday) devoted to poker. If I have all of my chores done, I get one additional week night of my choice. I also get to use 100% of my own money for cash games and tournament entry fees.
