Chips: 7,134 | | | Last night's WPT: Aviation Club Do people realize how ridiculous they look when they sit at the table, rambling on and on about "WHAT WOULD YOU MAKE THAT PLAY WITH? C'MON. GIVE IT UP. TELL ME. WHAT HAND WOULD YOU DO THAT WITH?"
I like that the one guy kept calling a clock on him. F those idiots. |

the funny thing is, he went through all that thinking, when 33-77 was obviously the most likely holding. a guy like juha (or whatever) isn't all in with A4 there, no matter how much you wish he was. . .

Juha gave a funny look while someone corrected them and said Juha is first to act. I think by hearing the other guy say "call", Juha thought he made a mistake and was weak and so decided to go all-in. He probably would have gone all-in anyway, but the other guy acted out of turn. Was that on purpose or not? |

Chips: 504 | | | Re: Last night's WPT: Aviation Club I personally thought it was kind of rude of that Roland guy to call a clock on Curt when he was deciding what to do with his AQ, when he hadnt even taken 20 seconds to act yet....Particularly because the shmuck wasnt even in the hand.....The show is edited though, so who knows how the scenario yeilded that, and I do remember him deliberately taking his time to fold 9-4 off suit and other junk like that when it was his turn to act, but this is just part of his game-play habits wanting to take an equal amount of time with each hand as part of a strategy....If its annnoying to the other players at the table, so be it, that's obviously part of the strategy as well.
I personally thought the guy who won it was kind of a moron to be perfectly honest....too bad Juha didnt pull it off after his amazing comeback-
