LOL, yeah, I do the same thing every once in a while. So, far I don't see anything about it listed. When I was searching, I just noticed a couple weeks ago EPSN Classic plays tons of poker. TIVO is filling up fast.
Over my semester break, I discovered that the wonderful cable at my parents' house had various shows on for at least 3 hours every day. I don't get as many channels at school (or time to watch TV) but still watch poker a few times a week.
This was a question and answer from Steve Rosenbloom's latest mailbag at the ESPN poker club:
From Bob in Massachusetts: "I have been looking around ESPN.com and can't find any info on the USPC. Do you know when it is scheduled to air? I was the poor bastard that went out on the bubble.''
I remember you. Sorry, dude. But if you're anxious to relive your misery, the best I can tell you is that the U.S. Poker Championship series will air "sometime in June,'' according to ESPN/ABC Sports spokesperson Keri Potts.
I am looking forward to its airing as I really enjoyed the previous two showings of the USPC.
They really need to do something about the time it takes to tape, edit, and then air these events...far too long....I can't wait for the day there is a poker channel with live events going on or something to that effect...if this ever happens.
Somethings gotta give though...the turnaround for airing these events are awful imo-
