It would appear Spike TV will be showing a new (reality) series in the next month or so called the King of Vegas. This show will put various people through a series of table games to determine their gambling prowess. Unfortunately, the ad for the show had far too many shots of everybody's favorite chips, the 11.5g official casino weight bought em on ebay cley dice chips. Too bad they didn't find this site and get some good chips.

Saw the same ad...seems as though they wish to determine who is the 'top gambler' in all of Vegas. Ill probably check it out.

I think it airs on either monday or tuesday night at 9 or 10

It is indeed Tuesday at 10pm (Eastern and Pacific Times, 9PM Central).

Another Mike the Mouth episode to ensue Im sure.

I think it will be alot of fun to watch considering the talent that it is comprised of. Not to mention I heard it was a cash game.

They are using dice chips!!! Ughhhhhhhhhhh!!!

Not bad so far. How could it be bad with my woman Evy Babee on the show.

Can someone explain to me how Mike the Mouth made it to the "sitting pretty" area in the Death Match right after doubling up in Hold Em? Does he become safe when he reaches a certain $ amount?

EDIT: Yes, when they double their money (reach $20K) they are "sitting pretty".

Interesting show. I like to see how some of the other games are played so this is mariginally informative. Plus, any show with Mike the Mouth and Evy can't be all that bad.

AGGGGGG!!!!! Those dice chips have no business being on the table. What a horrible sound.

I agree with the dice chips. Funny how they have a nice custom printed holdem table they probably paid a couple thousand for and they have $50 worth of "custom" dice chips!! Unreal. I wonder if holdem is always gonna be the death match? If so that would seem unfair for the other pro gamblers that are specialists in other games. Seems like Mike, Evelyn, and David would have a big advantage there.
