Did you look on the WPT's website? It's listed under Television Schedule. Looks like the first event of the season from May of 2005 will be aired on March 8, 2006 with subsequent event from the season being aired on a weekly basis. The WPT season usually starts around the time of the actual playing of the Bay 101 Shooting Stars tournament.

Sorry to hear that it was confusing for you. I just clicked on March on the drop down menu and then selected 2006 and then looked for the Mirage Poker Showdown event which is always the first event of their season.
