Chips: 2,833 | | | DD Poker 2 - Relaease date 8/5/2005 I am very interested in getting this software. I would love to play on our LAN and it even says there is Internet play. Could we maybe say bye-bye pokerstarrs? I do not know how well the Internet play works but it sounds like a cool feature. http://www.ddpoker.com/details-v2.html

Chips: 684 | | | I have to admit that I too think it looks interesting. But when the very first item on the "Features and Enhancements" list is "New brushed-metal user interface", I've got to be at least a little aprehensive about sending them my money. |

Chips: 1,846 | | | I have the first one and hardly ever play it anymore. I just wasn't too impressed with it. It's better than playing in a play money game for practice, but the AI wasn't very realistic. At least I didn't think so. |

Chips: 2,833 | | | I think the cool feature for me is LAN play and online play. We could possibly run chiptalk tournaments any way we wanted. I have not used the program yet so I do not know how it works for online play.

I have friends scattered across the US and we all like to play cards, but we all play on different online sites.
This would be a great solution for having coast to coast tourneys with no rake too!!! |

Chips: 15,088 | | | I bought the first one and like the easy to configure tourney timer. The online feature fills a niche that will probably bring them a lot more business. Now if they can add the API for bots like Poki (just started programming mine).... |
