Metal/Enamel Dealer Buttons

I have seen a few examples of nice coin-like dealer buttons that are made out of metal and have enamel paints for accent colors-- anyone know where to get them? I want something simple-- no crazy designs or overwording. The larger the better.

I have a porcelain one now, but would like to get a nice metal one.

dbdealer.com has a metallic "looking" digital button. It's a little thicker, and I actually think it's just plastic, but it's great nonetheless. My home game buddies like it, so......

For custom stuff, I'd contact a coin company. Perhaps a trophy/award company? abcgiftsandawards.com is a sponsor of chiptalk, if they can't hook you up they might know where to get such a beast.
