Crystal Parks.. Thank you. I couldn't remember that one. It sounds like most of you have expensive sets. Even though i've seen tons of pr0n on here, its still hard to belive some of these chips see regular action.

Re: What's the most expensive chipset you've played a full home game with

I haven't yet gotten my mint Dunes or Ambassadors into play. I bought two mint 300 Dunes chipsets and ~800 Ambassadors and just haven't yet seen fit to break them out.

My pal had to bribe me with a bottle of 18 year old Macallan just to play for an hour with some of the Condados. I doubt that will ever happen again.

Nice sharp edges on perfectly clean chips are just so appealing for me.

I play in a (home) game where the host has 4,000+ custom chipso's.
I have no idea what he paid for them. My guess, $1+ / each.

Re: What's the most expensive chipset you've played a full home game with

My 330 piece TR King set sees action on a regular basis. It was designed around a single table of players (8 is optimal) and will not be seeing any use should we decide to run a MTT. My friends have a difficult time comming to grips with how much I paid for them. They all have dice chips (my old sets ).

My Vineyard set (bye bye ) and my mixed cash set are both over $1000.

I've never bought a chip I didn't intend to play.

Re: What's the most expensive chipset you've played a full home game with

We play with a 2000 piece custom ASM cash set. Never get all the chips on the table but we have had around 1200 in use at one large game recently (lots of $2 and $1 obviously). Set was 2.4k, but dont tell the wife.........
