They don't have to buy it, they have to show up at the meeting place with cash. Then they get robbed.

UPDATE:
André Boyer called directly JOE in florida.
He said that he had a bizarre story. And the guy was suprised that Andre had the information so quickly... so all is fine now... Andre kept his reputation and thanks me for that
