I have. It's not too bad and actually very easy to set up. Maybe a bit too easy for my tastes (as in - it could use a few more features).
Agreed. Nice and clean, but I would appreciate the option to add in breaks and to have blinds levels of varying times (i.e. 20 min/round at start of tourney but 15 min per round later on)
Ten - somone posted on that yesterday - use the search function...
cant seem to find it. I searched on "timer" and "mobile" and "cell" and "6700" with no luck. Can you link me to that post where someone mentioned using this beta app on a PPC-6700?
I downloaded the jar file to my PPC6600. The application is pretty basic but it does work. It has a "startup" wizard that asks basic questions about the setup you want to use. You can set the time per level and the blinds per level. I'm used to a pocketpc interface so the J2ME interface limitations are pain. Instead of pointing and clicking I have to slide the screen up and use the keypad. Maybe it's better on a plain cell phone but the interface is a little tricky on a PPC phone.
Overall, for free, works ok. I'd prefer a real PPC application but free is good.
