I do this. All the time. Soooo... maybe the answer is women? (I hate beer.)

(Although in Vegas, it's strictly hard liquor, as the wine they have is inevitably icky.)

Re: Poker Table Preferences

I finally decided on the table. I'm working on getting the custom felt approved (need to get a Trademark issue okayed, but don't see an issue). I went with the tan micro fiber raised rail, custom felt, no race track, no cup holders and 2 claw cherry pedastals. Since the table will serve as a dining room table as well, I had to make that concession to please the wife. It will also have a matching, two piece cherry table top. I had to bring the size down to 92" from 96'", but feel I can still fit 9 to 10 players at it.

I will post photos when it's done. Thanks for the feedback. It definately helped!

Re: Poker Table Preferences

The best table I've ever played on is at Mandalay Bay (race track, rail drink holders). My ideal for a home game would be:

Round (57-60"). Dealing from the ends of an oval are just not on. It's what I have now but I wish I didn't.
Padded Rail w/ Drink Holders
Race Track
No dealer station
No Printing on the cloth.
Ball & Claw or Plain legs, doesn't matter.

Re: Poker Table Preferences

I made these back in 2004 from Keen's website. But they got updated last year with a custom cloth.

The cash set/fake money of course
