UPDATE: 10/6/06

Finally one done...many to go. I have another exactly like this one about to be completed then on to the non racetrack tables. Anyway, here's the table porn. Enjoy!!

P.S. I was told over 12k went across the table it's first night. I had to travel to the card room to get pics....I forgot to get them before I dropped it off.

That is beautiful Brian. I love the suited cloth and I think it's going to go really well with the cupholders. Can't wait to see the finished product.

I would think that the padded rail is still coming. I noticed the T-nuts that hold down the rail are exposed.

How much do these suckers weigh? It looks like you're using 3/4" ply, is that correct?

When making your cuts, do you use a Router with Jig Templates or do you freehand with a jigsaw and then go back with a router to clean/round the edges?

I would never make a table without rails...that is where I shine. You are looking at the skeleton of the table. I still have to stain, poly the racetrack...pad and cover the rails....veneer the edges of dealer area....add the pedestal base...etc. Padded rail coming soon.
