The stien tables are beautiful, but they have slots (trays?) for chips. All true Chiptalk'ers know that chips are meant to be
stacked, not layed on their sides. At scottkeen.com there are lots of posts by professional buiders who build tables that look every bit as nice as the Stein tables, for a fraction of the price. If I were buying a "sky's the limit" table, I would start there.
For me, in my house, there's not a better table anywhere than my table with a copper dining top (
http://chiptalk.net/forum/showthread.php?t=9235), and it cost about $4K less than a Stein table. Of course, I designed it, and built parts of it, so I love it.
Anyway, bottom line, there's more options and lots more bang-for-the-buck with the builders at scott's site or building your own. That's not quite the answer to the "if money's no object question," but (really) money is
always a factor.
