Your half pot bet on the flop could just be a continuation bet, so by checking the turn, Villain can fire at the river thinking you have nothing, which is a problem as he could have nothing.
On the other hand he could have made his flush on the turn, checked hoping to check-raise you, and then led out the river to avoid missing any more value.
You are getting just over 3:1 on your call, but Villain has just 820 left, and bets 575??? it looks suspiciously like a vaue bet to me, firstly with such a small stack would he risk 3/4 of it bluffing? betting 820 into a pot of 1200 isnt a large bet, so he really has little margin for a bluff.
I fold
EDIT: When you hit a vulnerable TPTK, with a flush draw out, you need to bet stronger. You gave Villain perfect odds to chase his flush. You need to be betting 450-600 here, if villain wants to chase his flush dra charge him for it. |

i disagree with steven on the flop bet, which is fine on a board like that. you aren't offering him good odds, unless several circumstances line up.
1) his flush is good (not smaller than yours, not beaten by a boat)
2) you don't make him pay again on the turn if he misses
3) he gets all of your stack every time he hits.
given that, and given that it's pretty hard for your hand to be behind on the flop, the 1/2 pot bet is fine. your check behind on the turn is ok...but on that river now you have to make a decision. you invited a bluff, and i suspect it's what you got. he has to have a 6, two hearts, that weird straight or an overpair to beat you. i'm assuming that the fact that he checked down tpgk previously is a clue.
good luck deciding. |

We've shown some weakness, but we've kept the pot small enough too. It may be a value bet to him, but we've got a decent hand.
If I'm the villain in this hand, the only way I can play his hand that way is if I've got pocket 6s, or pocket Ts.
The flush draw is about priced out on the flop, and is up against a paired board. If I hit one 6 on the flop, I'm going to re-raise to squeeze some more out of you or take the pot.
I couldn't check the turn w/ any flush and give you a free card w/ the paired board. I'd also think my 6 was good if you checked to me.
You've opened the door on the river and any hand can make this bet.
Tricky hand. I wouldn't fault you for folding, but I'm calling most of the time.

good luck deciding. | This hand was from last night's ChipTalk Late Night Poker Tour game, if that makes any difference. Structure was slower than a standard SNG. |
