I'm going to guess that enright has a big pair. Without any knowledge of way he's playing. He's making the minimum raise to get people in the pot. Flop comes with a possible flush draw on the board two diamonds. He wants to protect his big pair from getting drawn out by going over the top. |

Edit: Why not check behind? He's giving you a free shot at your flush? |

As played you've just priced yourself into busting. gg.

WTF raise all in. |

I'm gambling because I want to build up some chips in a MTT. If this is a SNG I muck, but I think you have to lay it on the line in these situations every once in awhile because online tourney structures just don't give you enough play. You're going to have to get lucky and win a pot eventually, why not with a flush draw and two overs? |

Chips: 529 | | | Re: p* $4 x 180 with about 50 left. Min raise in early position pre-flop, with no follow up bet on the flop. That's kind of strange.
I'd probably peel off a free turn. If I raise though, and he re-raises here, I say you put all of your chips in on the flop. Kind of low, two overs and a flush draw, with 1/3rd of your chips in the pot already, I push. |

He min raised preflop and you called with a marginal hand, but with position to see a flop. The flop wasn't too bad for you. He checks - why?
He has a very strong hand - 88, 55, 33, AA, KK, QQ
He has a made hand - JJ, TT, 99, 77
He has a draw - Axd
He has garbage and is bluffing.
With no previous read, any of these could validate the min raise preflop.
He raises enough to put you AI if you call. Why?
If he has 88, 55, 33, AA, KK, QQ - he's got your 1000 chips and he doesn't want to get sucked out on (basically 9 outs for you)
If he has JJ, TT, 99, 77 - he's got your 1000 chips and he doesn't want to get sucked out on (basically 15 outs for you)
If he has Axd - he wants you to think he's got your 1000 chips and he doesn't want to get sucked out on (6 outs for you)
If he has garbage, he's still bluffing (you may already be ahead)
It's likely you're beat already and even factoring in the total bluff factor I'd guess this has a neg EV.
By my calc you've got 2815 left and there's 5100 in the pot = 1.8:1. So no flush draw is justified based on pot odds.
I'd fold, but if you called I hope you got lucky!
PS - my guess is the Axd

Did he get lucky on a few hands, and otherwise plays solid? (I'm guessing not.) Or, is he pounding the table with constant betting? Any indication that his minraise PF here indicates donkeyish play, or is he tricky? Has he seen you fold in a big pot? Has he seen you fold to a CR?
