When I say "standard" I mean the way it's normally played (poorly), not the way it should be played. If the player in jojo's seat was a typical online .25/.50 player, I'd be looking to get his stack in on the flop. Dunno if that still works on jojo (It does on me sometimes )
Now, if the guy is just donking around... who knows what he's got. I'd go to showdown for another $10, that's for sure.

Chips: 28 | | | Re: KK in a big pot I'd say he's probably on J,Q or J,10 or something like that. Nothing to raise with initially, but hits top pair with decent kicker. So he bets, then has to be a little concerned when you come over the top by 3X. So he calls that, possibly thinking you have a PP yourself, maybe a str8 draw (not likely, b/c that means you raised pre-flop with a hand like A,2 or 2,5), or a J as well. That's why he checked the turn, to see what you do. Come the river, he figures that he still has you beat.
So that's my read: J, Q or similar.

if i'm in this situation i bet the 75-80% of the pot on the turn. 2 spades and an OESD on the board that i'm not about to let him draw to for free.
he's probably got J5s.
