I don't understand your example but the odds to make a flush with two cards to come when holding 2 suited cards and flopping two cards to your suit is 35% and the odds are about 2-1.
2-1 odds with the turn and river combined. So 1 out of 3 times you'll complete the flush.
I don't know how that works for pot odds exactly, since if you don't make the flush on the turn you have to call another bet. I guess you'd need to get 6-1 pot odds on the flop to make 4-1 on the turn, but I doubt that's how it works.
