Chips: 120 | | | The Long Shot So I just want to get your opinions on this situation:
It is a home game NLHE MTT of about 15 people. Two tables are running and the one I am at is down to 6 players. I had just lost a race and was a micro-stack----$100 left which is the amount of the small blind.
I'm waiting for a hand, folding junk. Then the guy in 1st position goes all-in. He is shortstack too but he has around $500-$600 in chips. I'm behind him and pick-up 67s. I call hoping for the long shot quadruple up. I didn't make it but what do you think of the decision? |

The other guy either has two face cards/pocket pair/or something similar. You would be drawing slim, especially with at least one or two more callers to come (assuming people would call just to try to eliminate two players at once).
Fold this and hope for a better hand before the blind hits. |

in an all-in you want a pair or big cards. i'd have waited. you're next hand is almost certain to be a better all-in than 67 |

Heads up, I'd go for it. Mid suited connected cards are pretty strong heads up, and with 100 left I'd probably give it a shot. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
