Ok now I don't think Poker Stars is rigged I wouldn't play if I did think that!!! But some weird [stuff] has happened to me in the last 3 sit and goes I've played in there. All 3 have gotten down to me and 2 other players and be dammed no sooner then I became the "BIG" stack then 1 of the other players becomes disconnected? Ok this has happened before but in these 3 Sit and Goes the player was "OUT" of the game for 7 mins or more!!! Of course then the other player and I had to wait ect each hand because of this crap!!!!Then MR Disconnected comes back in just as the other player and I are in the first round of a hand and 1 of us has bet big. Low and behold MR. Disconnected jumps back on line to do an all in and steal the pot!!!! This didn't just happen once in each of these Sit and goes either. It was like these Mr Disconnected know just the the right time to jump back in to steal the $$$$. Some one want to explain this [stuff] to me? And yes in all three Sit and Goes these "PLAYERS" won !!!! Something seems fishie to me. I'm not saying Poker Stars is doing this but I wonder with all the technology out there IS IT POSSIBLE for some 1 to do this????? Now the only reason I even played these was due to the fact that I missed the ChipTalk tourney Thursday because my damm pc was being a *^%$&*^*

I've seen this done before too... why would you report it? i just chalked it up as the dude got disconnected (it probably happened 5 times in the last year). would you report it because of the pattern?

Yeah, something like this could be technically done (if I am reading the post right). I'll assume you're thinking they are looking at your cards - it is possible for someone to write an app that screen scrapes a particular program and sends them what is on your screen. I know because I just wrote one (not for poker purposes - its work related, but it can be done). The problem is that you would have had to unwittingly installed it - meaning someone would have had to trick you into downloading the program - which in my belief is a relatively small chance.

With that said, I have seen people post "go to www.xyz.com" in the chat window and if you go to www.xyz.com the online poker room throws you out of the game because the site contains info on cheating online poker. What this the online sites are doing is scanning the list of active processes on your PC - if a process (program) matches a certain string (program title) they boot you. But that doesnt sound close to what you are experiencing.
