We had our homegame. I was healthy, like 3rd position of 6 players.
I got deal

I limped from the small blind. Limp pot. (Still bad position though to raise)
The flop is
I check and was sure to definately make some noise in that hand.
The big blind bet I think 1,000 into 1,800. I took a glance and pushed for about 5,000 total. My hand was pretty powerful but I thought I'd be off best to end this right here.
The BB is what I would consider maybe the best guy excluding myself. He knows about odds and that AJ is a dog against AQ. One guy at my game still doesn't get that.
I instantly knew he didn't like it. So he might has a nine with a good kicker, maybe an overpair what would had been kinda weird but I was sure he doens't have a set.
He said something like "should I call, is the math right?" he knows I take the math pretty seriously since that's the only thing you have against guys that play only one game a week and never reed a strategy atricle or even a poker book.
So I honestly reply "Well, I wouldn't mind to take it down right here, but for the case you call I got some potential."
He again "You got a set?"
And I reply "No, but I think it's a race"
To sum it up he called with K9 and I spiked the 5 for a straight on the turn.
I was pretty sure in that spot that it was at least 50/50 but I just ran poker stove and it said it's 55/45. Concidering the blinds already in the pot it was the right call.
I think I played that hand pretty good and was also right on the math.
I ended up winning the tourney, with my own chips. wuhu, I brought my t-mold blanks with me for the first time.
