Brag post. Dad604 jr place 2nd in British Columbia Poker Championship for $250,000. It should be on Sportsnet TV sometimes soon. Final hand 88 vs KK.
He bought his mom a new CRV....  We both regret that we were out of the city that weekend and could not be there to support him but he had all the staff at the casino cheering for him.

Find out when his mom phone him to ask him how he did in the tourney the day after. He wanted a family member for support at the final table on Sunday. He phoned his older brother to come and watch but brother had to look after his kids that day. First place was worth $400k.
For the Americans, what is extra nice is that there is no taxes deducted. Canadian tax laws says, "No taxes on winfall winnings" |

I know it's easier said than done but I'm going to be on the rail to watch him play and lend some support. Either way it was an incredible score.
Plus it's gets better not having to pay taxes on it.
