Basically yea, if I check and he bets, I have trouble calling most bets here. I figure the bet is just strange enough to give him a bit of pause.

For .25 cents most people would call even if they're beat. Just to see what you were calling with. Maybe he had A/T - A/K but then again wouldnt you call that bet?

Maybe he just likes to donate and could care less what you had.

Maybe I'll just STFU now.
