I was so looking froward to him saying full boat queens over, and me showing the 3 jacks in my hand. He was like "what the hell were you betting with? " when I turned over the 3 jacks in my hand he almost died. "I'm so glad I caught that case queen or I would have been the one looking for oxygen.

I had the same quad 9's live at Mandalay 6 or 7 years ago, but it was all 4 of my board cards. Won the hand and got a $40 high hand bonus to boot. Last guy in the hand had trip 3's starting and folded 6th street.
Year before, I lost w/quad 4's to quad 9's, but I took $3000 of the bad beat jackpot as a consolation. Ah, memories.  |
