Angry Yet another AA story. (but with a final twist)

$1-$3 NL (Bicycle $80 table).
Been on a slight rush for last hour up to ~$300
I straddle UTG for $6.

UTG+1 Folds
UTG+2 Folds
UTG+3 (i.e. villain) raises to $40
UTG+4 folds
UTG +5 (i.e. other dude) Calls $40
Button Folds
SB folds
BB folds

I look down and find AA.
Right now there is ~$90 in the pot.
Villain has about $150 behind.
the other dude has about $350 behind.

So I push for ~$300

Villain thnks for 5 min and calls.
Other dude thinks for 2 min and folds.

~$400 in the pot.

Villain shows QQ.

Turn a Q.

I lose and am left with ~$150.

I go on tilt and see too many flops over the next few hands and am down to ~$65.

Re: Yet another AA story.

Now I have about about $65 and am the BB for $3.

mid position calls.
cut off +1 calls.
cut off starts stacking chips to raise (looks like he is going to push in a stack of $20)
button folds out of turn.
SB folds out of turn.

cut off looks and sees this and raises only to $13.

I look down and find Q7o and decide to call.
mid position and cutoff +1 also call.

FLOP.

A Q 7 rainbow.

I check.
everyone checks to original raiser who also checks.

Turn brings a second spade.

~50 in the pot.
So i push for ~50

all fold to original raiser.
he is thinking for a while.
So I say "I guess you don't have the ace, fold your draw" and i show him my queen.

He then calls.

I show my 2 pair, he shows KK.

No help for him, I win the pot.

I am now up to $150.

Re: Yet another AA story.

Next hand I am on the SB.

UTG folds.
UTG +1 (original villain from AA vs. QQ) makes it 20.

3 more callers, including the button.

I look down and find 69o and decide "what the hell".

I call.
$100 in the pot.
(i have about $130) left.

Flop: 7 8 T (2 spades).

I check
Villain bets $38
one guy calls $38

back to me.
I say "$38, what a stange bet"
Villain says "i grabbed two stacks i thought they were both $20"
I say, "well in that case i am gonna raise... Here is my redemption for the QQ... All-in" (for about $100 on top). now ~$310 in the pot)
He thinks for a moment and I say "Dont chase the flush".

Villain calls. ~$400 in the pot

The other guy is now thinking.
I say "dude, fold your flush draw, I have the straight"
I even show the table my straight.

He calls ($500 in the pot)

Villain says to him, you want to check it down. and the guy says ok.
So i flip over my 69.

Turn nothing
River 3rd spade.

Villain shows JJ
Other guy shows AKo (???)

I scoop $500.

Of course with blatant collusion, it's only fair they get stacked...

Re: Yet another AA story. (but with a final twist)

If you ever play with remoltly good players you'll lose all your money every time you play. When someone talks that much and says those kind of things they are always strong...see Jamie Gold. Every time he had a hand he was chattering away, the only times he got quiet he was bluffing...like the hand against Phralad. Jamie Gold figured out that this style works against idiots, like I guess you did, but against smart players who go beyond playing their own hand you have no chance with this style. Just like Jamie Gold on HSP3...you'll go broke.

How do you know Gold goes broke in HSP3 - the new season doesn't air until 1/15??? Is it posted somewhere? If that's true I am sooooooo gonna be plastered to the TV to see that. The only thing better would be to see Eric Molina go broke on HSP (I guess a heads up match between Gold and Molina would be mildly entertaining too)
