what's really sick is stalecracker who must have been on crack to raise all in early position pre flop with and 8 frickin 3 offsuit!

Actually, it's three handed, and cracker was on the button. I don't know what the table dynamics were like - maybe he could have waited, but it's not necessarily terrible, IMO. He's shortstacked, and if people are folding alot or if he hasn't played in a while, a push isn't horrible b/b he's just got to steal sometimes to stay alive - although he probably could have waited for a face card if his FE is really low. I find the overcall with A8o more bizarre - i don't know what jojo's been showing down, but it seems to me easy to wait for heads up play with a healthy lead. If jojo wins the hand they go to heads up with close to equal stacks. Meh, what do I know though.

that being said...nah, i raise there lotsa times. bubble, against tight opponents and with a stack that can afford to lose a hand...raise is ok there.
