I was at an indian casino monday playing 1-2 NLHE. There was a slightly annoying guy across the table who seem to be a little unexperienced in live play and/or watched a lot of TV poker. I liked having him at the table since he was so easy to read and was like a human ATM, but the comments and attitude were a little grating after a while (for example a few hands before the split pot he declared "I put you all in!" to a guy who had bet $50 into $150 pot. Annoying guy got beat into the pot with the call from the original bettor who had the nut full house...)
ANYWAY, the AG (Annoying Guy) was steaming a little after losing >%80 of his stack in addition to the chuckles around the table from the all in declaration. I could tell he was just looking for anything to get the rest of his chips in with when he pushed all in for for ~$25 into a $5 pot and got no callers and his A+rag flipped over accidentally when he mucked. I am in the BB, 9 handed table, all 3 players between me and the AG limp so he pushes all in for $29 total. 2 players call, including the button and the SB folds. I finally look down and see A

K

. I want to isolate but there are still quite a few players left to act so I am trying to decide if there is any bet less than all in that would accoplish that. I finally push all in for $29 + $194. I get what I want and the original limpers fold and the 2 callers reluctantly fold and the AG turns over K

Q

. WOOHOO! I have him dominated. I hear that the button had folded AJ and one of the original limpers say they folded A+rag. I start to worry a little, but I think at least I got my $ in with way the best hand. Flop is:
8

8

A
I think "SWEET! He's almost dead!!!"
Turn:
8
I think "Full house!?!, even more almost dead....."
River:
8
I think "%^!$#^$%^@#^%@!! CHOP POT??!?!?!"
AG says "OH well, you got me kicked. I thought I was playing pretty solid...."
Someone educates AG that the board is the best hand and the pot is split. So of course its like Christmas for him and the dealer chops it up and he still doubles up. I made $ on the hand too but man did I want him to reload a second time....
It was good to get back in a casino for a cash games after 6 or 7 months, I woulda shoulda made more $ but that casino for some reason on the 1-2 tables everyone wants to limp but 8 times out of 10 a raise to $10 or $12 pre flop will get 4-6 callers!!! I was down to $120 at one point and as high as $400 but I cashed out $94 positive and never had to buy any more than my original $200 buy-in so not a bad day overall.
