I've had the same thing happen, AA vs AA, but I was on the winning end.
Here's my bad beat from last weekend:
I played a 30 person NL $50 + $25 (add-on, all add-on proceeds for a fundraiser) tourney. Played generally tight, aggressive poker for about 5 hours and it was down to 13 players. I figured I was about 2nd in chips, behind one massive chipleader with several others with stacks about the size of mine.
Hero is UTG with

Villain is UTG+1 has been obviously trying to put pressure on me since we condensed down to two tables, putting in a big re-raise each time I entered a pot taking advantage of my perceived tight image.
I take a second to decide whether to enter the pot or not, knowing Villain is watching me and itching to reraise. I just limp.
Villain raises all-in immediately and the action is folded around to me. Of course, I call.
Villain turns over
Hero:

9 to 1 ahead.
Flop:
Hero:

32 to 1 behind, drawing dead to running straight cards or Aces. Turns out Villain had T100 more than I did and I'm out. Boo.
