Just finished playing a small game with some friends , three couples, and I get down to heads up with my wife. I get delt pocket kings, yes! I know I'll slow play them and check to see if she has a hand before going all in and busting her out for the win. It looks good she just checks. Flop comes 10s, 7h, 3d. No help, but she bets out for $600 about a quarter of her stack. I call trying to get a few more of her chips. Turn comes 2c, and she doesn't even blink and goes all in. I'm thinking total bluff no way a 2 helps her hand. So I call and turn over my kings smiling "I know that duece didn't help you!" she looks at my cards and slow rolls pocket 2's! Ugh! and then the river hits the last 2 for quads! Is there no justice?
The last deuce on the river was instant karma for your comment. At least you went down with style.
