Re: My biggest bad beat ever!!!!!!!

I wouldn't classify that as bad beat. How about pocket AA with the flop coming out AKK? Of course no need to tell you guys what the other guy had. That happen to me twice in same week.

Re: My biggest bad beat ever!!!!!!!

Lemme see ... I'm guessing it wasn't big slick?

Twice in a week would probably be an indicator to take a break. While there's no denying that it would fall into the bad beat category, I'm guessing both hands were made on the flop? Crummy luck like that deserves a break just to get you off tilt mode.

I understand that... I wish I could have backed out of that all in bet after the last two cards came up!

Re: My biggest bad beat ever!!!!!!!

I had AKs in the SB - folded to button who just calls. I raise. BB reraises. Button calls. I call.

The flop: Ad Kd rag - Pretty good flop for me!!

I bet. BB raises. Button folds. I reraise. BB caps and I call. At this point I'm leaning towards him holding AA or KK - but I decide to just check and call through the river.

Turn is Qd - I check he bets I call.

River is a rag. I check. he bets. I call.

What is he holding? The SOB has Jd10d!

Re: My biggest bad beat ever!!!!!!!

HERE is a bad beat.

My wife's hand last Saturday.

She is holding Q Q

Flop comes A A Q

That's it she nailed a boat on the flop.

She pushes in heavy, and gets a caller.

The turn is junk, like a 3

She goes all in for a decent stack and gets called by the same player.

She flips, shows her boat.

He flips and shows an A 7s

Can't blame the guy for calling with trip Aces, but his face is turning white now.

The river?

The final A in the deck.

Quad Aces trumps the house of Queens.

THAT my friends is a bad beat for my wife.
