I had some dealing with them a few months back and frankly they were pains in the a$$. I was interested in the horsehead chips they have on their site and wanted to
buy a sample set to see if I liked them in person. Well they wouldn't do it because they have a minimum order of $20.00
Even when I explained that I wanted the samples because I was interested in buying their set, they wouldn't budge off that stupid $20 limit suggesting I buy $20 worth of samples.
I again explain why I want to buy samples and they say we'll send you a couple for free (ok and this makes sense how exactly?????) let me transfer you to the guy who takes care of that. He takes my name, addy, etc. and I tell him I'm looking for other than the red chip since I already have that one and he says he'll send me some other than red. Well they never arrived and that simply pisses me off. They were just yanking my chain telling me they'd send me some free and going thru the motions.
So they lost a sale and I ended up getting the JB2005 chips instead.
