LOL, yup it is! I kept looking at that damn 10 in the product code number and using that as the quantity (even though I knew it was 100).

"*Please Note: There are minor imperfections in these cards. Small white spots and color differences. This product is sold "As Is", NO RETURNS."

and are these all plastic or plastic coated? it's not completely clear.

I wasn't sure about the all plastic or plastic coated either, but they are advertised as plastic (since they have the same thing available in paper and they say paper). But for 60 cents a pack if they are plastic, who cares if they hae some white spots or color differences! Unless its on the back, in which case, get 2 packs and replace one with the other if necessary.

This is a killer deal if you don't mind the marks. The marks are on the backs though. They are inside the circles:

Too bad they aren't doing smaller quantity. It'd be worth it to grab like 10 decks. If the spots are just random on all the backs, that would still be usable. You could even give a deck to everyone at the table to use when they get the button, that would make it harder to get any useful info out of the spots.

I don't think you want to be known for using marked decks at your home games.

Agreed. That would be a huge disappointment because teh deal is great... but these cards cannot be used in a serious game.
