Question Least slippery of the plastic cards..?

My players are finding Copag a little to slippery to handle, so am looking into the best alternatives...

Which are the best, least slippery of the plastic decks in your opinions?

Fournier..?

Gemaco..?

Other..?

I'm hoping for Fournier, since they're probably the cheapest/easiest for me to get my hands on!!

Thoughts and opinions appreciated.

From the sets i have, the mondiano acetate & piatnik opti bridge.

Bicycle duraflex/prestige should be textured/non slippery, but i don't have a deck of these.

Re: Least slippery of the plastic cards..?

I am using Fournier Cards. They are definitely lese slippery than copags. But i have to admit that i haven't played with other Cards than fournier, copag and modiano.
I recommend fournier. Also they have a Version with the Poker peek index, my favorite.

Re: Least slippery of the plastic cards..?

My Modianos are the least slippery. Kem is the most slippery. I have some Zero's that aren't that bad, but not easy to get.

Get the Fourniers. You will like them.

NTPs have a nice texture as well. I have some of these and I like them a lot.

Modiano Cristallos - most textured and relatively easy to get for us in the UK. But not much good if you don't like 4-pip decks.

Re: Least slippery of the plastic cards..?

Modianos and Gemacos probably feel the most like paper cards. Fourniers are pretty good, too, in terms of not being slippery. Dal Negros are a tiny bit slick, as are Desjgns - but NOT nearly as slippery as Copag. Btw, I find KEMs are less slippery than Copags, although they're similar in flexibility and overall feel - but ymmv.
