Chips: 215 | | | Refrigerate Your Cards? I remember reading posts of people saying that they refrigerate their cards in the summer? Is that true or were people just making a funny? It is hot in my bedroom and some cards are quite sticky. Can cards get damaged by being too cold? |

BTW the cards are next to the beer so both are easy to find.

If that is true that is definitely one of the nuttiest (an awesome) things I have heard of

J | It gets pretty warm in my poker room. I don't have the air conditioning on all day only when I am home. I would say it raises about 10 degrees above the outside temperature. So for instance, today in my area of socal it was about 90 degrees, I just got home and it was pretty hot and humid when I got in, so It's about 100 in my poker room. I've had Pre-uspc cards warp like crazy, when left out. So to prevent that I now just leave it in the fridge, and you know what It helps. PLUS like I said I have the room for it, no big deal.

I didn't put my stuff in the fridge, but I packed all my chips and acetat cards in boxes and store them in the basement until it gets a bit colder.
