They remind me of Fournier with those ivory centers. I love that look.

What's up with the calendar being for 2004? Is the deck a new deck?

Re: Hard Rock Casino "Aristo Club" Plastic Playing Cards. Got 'em. Mini Review below

I have been dealing with this same guy from the UK, his name is Darren (super nice guy). I purchased all three racks of the Hard Rock London Roulette that he had. I was cautious at first so I purchased only one rack. One week later.....Very COOL B&G Hard Rock Caino chips.. I have since purchased the other two racks he had. They should be here early next week. Oh yeah, he was suppose to send the cards but forgot. When I emailed him he put them in the mail the next day. Anyway I have a rack of blue chips marked Hard Rock Casino with the number one. I ordered another rack of teal ones. The third rack has blue, yellow and teal. Once I get them all I'll post some pics. Glad to hear the cards are nice. When asked about history of these chips he replied with the following email:

Hi, i wil remove the aqua ones after i finish this email. The hard rock casino in Londons Leicester Square was taken over last year and changed their name to G casino. Obviously anything with the hard rock logo was changed to the g casinos new one. Anyway all the cards , stationary, chips etc was given to staff, I actually know the manager there and managed to get my hands on some for a reasonable price. He knew i was into ebay and im always looking for something different to sell. It basically covers a few bills per month, and i enjoy it. And as for replying to your emails its no problem, i have dealt with people on here who just dont reply and it can be very frustrating and annoying. I try to offer the best service i can as a one man band, lol. Anyway i will remove the aqua ones from ebay now, just email me if you want them and i will get them on again with a buy it now price, best wishes from the uk , darren.
Im not really sure of the history but i will ask him next time i see him. cheers da

Here is a link to one of the racks I purchased
HARD ROCK CASINO CHIPS ASSORTED COLOURS / BOXED - eBay (item 150240152079 end time Apr-25-08 05:58:35 PDT)

I'll get the photos up as soon as all the chips get here.

I figured that people would really be pretty much all over this if they knew they were out there. I am glad it worked out for you. I am stoked with mine and can't wait to get my second set.

I wonder if the cards are 100% plastic or just plastic coated? Does anybody know it?

They are 100% plastic. The Ace of Spades says "All Plastic" and their website shows the Aristo Club cards as beeing 100% plastic. They feel good too. I think it is safe to say they are not plastic coated paper cards.
