More chipped DN Acetate cards

I got my first set of DN acetates from dalnegrodirect last month and I have 2 chipped cards after minimal use much to my great surprise. I have contacted dalnegrodirect and waiting for a response. I am hoping they can come through with replacement cards.

Greg

p.s. I am a bit of a lurker here but I enjoy this site and it has fueled my chip buying much to my wife's regret (she just does not understand it)

Re: More chipped DN Acetate cards

Here are some. My son LOVES to play with the chips. Right now I have a couple sets of ceremics and some 11.5g chips (which I have been giving away). I have some Pharoahs on the way and looking to make a cash set from casino Paulsons. Oh, I also have some sample sets too lying around...

Re: More chipped DN Acetate cards

I chuckled when I saw your card pictures... my King of diamonds chipped in the same exact spot after minimal use. The whole suit is flawed!

Re: More chipped DN Acetate cards

Not suprised, because it happend to me on several occasions. I was able to get replacements, but the cards just kept breaking. No other cards I own have had this problem.

Interesting damage demo posted yesterday by HPT on youtube

Re: More chipped DN Acetate cards

Only thing I can recommend is purchase them from Trident Cards... they answer every email and had a replacement to me within three days of my request...

Re: More chipped DN Acetate cards

I ordered them from dalnegrodirect.com which I believe is operated by the same LLC company as Trident. I sent them an email during the weekend, hopefully I will hear back from them soon. Thanks for posting that video.

Dal Negro Direct contacted me this morning and will be sending out replacement cards. Great customer service. Thank you to them.
