I prefer the super index as do most of the players in my tournaments, easier to see across an 8 foot table.

I have been using Copag 1546 bridge SI in our home games in the past but last weekend, I decided to use KEM bridge RI and everyone wanted the super index back again.

Super

We play on a longer table and guys will get lazy and slap the flop right in front of them....makes it a little easier to see if the cards are supers!!

Re: Regular or Super Index?

Call me old-fashioned. I like regular index. I also like basic colors on my chips with limited edge spots, and plain colors for the walls of my house.

Super - for the same reason everyone else has stated. I am getting older and my eyes need all the help they can get.

Re: Regular or Super Index?

Regular because of squeezing the hole cards.

A little tip for ppl with less than perfect eyesight... learn to recognize the patterns on the pip cards, I can see for crap but know what the flop is because I just recognize the cards. Face cards are more difficult, of course.
