Premier Poker Buttons Review

I just need to rant a bit here...

I've been trying to get a custom dealer button from this guy for quite awhile now... I'd planned to get a custom metal button made (customdealerbuttons.com) as the TOC trophy, but that company went out of business. So I turned to Premier as an alternate source. J5 re-did the artwork to fit the new style, and Premier was great to work with.

BUT
With the artwork finalized, I paid for the button on April 16th of this year. The price seemed quite high to me (much, much higher than the prices of the buttons in this review), but I'm ok with the price. The design is 2-sided, and rather complex.

Anyhow, more than three months have passed, and still no button/trophy. I've been in contact with them every week or two, and each time have come away expecting to receive the button within days. Still no button. I'm getting seriously pissed.

He does not return emails also, i have emailed him twice and nothing in return.

What does that say about a company? STAY AWAY...

Sorry to hear you guys are having trouble contacting them. I honestly haven't tried to establish contact for a few months now, but back when I did my order Lowell and I talked numerous times and he kept me very informed. Makes me wonder what has changed.
