JustHEMI's is very nice and I always find myself checking out those pics every once in awhile.
I remember seeing some other nice ones either on chiptalk or TH-P, but I can't remember exactly what they look like or who posted the pics.

Technically speaking, my poker room is not at my home so I will exclude myself.
Justin has a very nice poker room.
Also and there is a guy on Scott Keens site who has a awsome room in the basement which includes a bar, home theater, pool table, urinal w/tv in the bathroom and a nice poker table. Here is the thread with pics http://www.scottkeen.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4038
Mr. Meaner has some nice tables for sure, but to me the rest of the room looks kind of sterile. But maybe that's his business since he said it's not his home setup(?). I kind of like having a bit of the poker theme decor like Justin's. My tastes would probably run somewhere in between.
Anybody else notice that HPT also has a "poker rooms photo section" now?
