Question Best Racks for Empress Roulette?

It seems there are a few of you out there with the used Empress Roulette Chips in your collections. Since I'm a newbee, can you share your insight on which racks have worked best for these chips? What's a fair price to pay? And do you recommend rack lids?

Re: Best Racks for Empress Roulette?

I'm waiting for the black Friday sale at PGI, a CT sponsor. I hear their racks fit paulsons well but at a fraction of a paulson brand rack price.

The picture of my empress roulette chips I posted in the other thread was with PGI racks. The were on sale for less than $1 per rack. So I would take Sweet's advice and wait for the black Friday sale and stock up.

Used roulettes - you are definitely going to want 66.7 mm racks - noname, PGI or Paulson. Take your pick.

Great advice - thanks! What about the lids? Anybody buying those or are they unnecessary?

I don't know if PGI sells lids that fit their racks. If you want a lid, you can just use an empty chip rack on top of the chips, upside down or right side up. I personally don't have any lids.

Just ordered 50 racks (40 chinas and 10 PGIs) from PGI; $42.85 including shipping! Thanks for the tip, guys!

Re: Best Racks for Empress Roulette?

Received my racks today and have been starting to get organized. But alas, I now have more trays than chips. I guess I've just got to buy more chips!! Seems to be a recurring theme around here.

Thanks again for the great sale, Joe!!
