You need one that can handle the big 5-liter Heineken can.
I know how you can pack them away.

Chips: 958 | | | Re: jumbo vs. standard cup holders... Here is a picture comparison to further demonstrate the difference in the sizes of the cup holders. Hopefully this will helps you out.
The first set of pictures are of the smaller 3" cup holders:
Notice how the wine glass fits in the 1st picture. The other top pictures shows how a pint glass fits and a beer bottle. The bottom row show the difference in drink bottles. As you can see some bottle don't fit.
The next set of pictures are of the large cup holders(mine has the mug handle slots cut out) these holders are about 3 3/8":
Once again a show in comparison to how the same drink container fit. The pint glass has a lot of room. I showed the wine glass in a tipping motion to show what would happen if you were to put a wine glass in it. Same with the beer bottle. There are 2 different mug sizes one is a little smaller, and the other is a large size coffee mug. The last is the drink bottle which fits and has a lot of room.
This is a size comparison picture(top, smaller holder...bottom drink holder with mug slots):
Here is a sample of the slide cup holder with chips and my favorite Pint glass:
I hope this clarifies things for you in concerns with under the rail slide cup holders.
I agree with some members. I would split the amount of each you get. My circle of friends are divided by beer drinkers and coffee drinkers. So it would be wise to get 2 different sizes.

If I can I would like to recommend a place to get your cup holders. He is a paid advertiser over on Scott Keen's site. Nick runs a company called Texas Poker Supply. I have been working with him for over a year now, and have never been disappointed in his product, customer service, or shipping times.
He has now moved the majority of his business to Ebay. Here is a link to his ebay store. Texas Poker Supply

I know its a little old , but what and where did you get. And how much.
I was just looking and was thinking of these LINK & LINK --looks like a good deal.
I started with large in mind but then changed to small but now seeing this thread I may have to go with some bigger too.
Imperial ---awesome pictorial!
EDIT: and I see these deeper Jumbo holders that look deeper than most out there -an extra 1/2 may help tipsy glasses & bottles.

Chips: 1,523 | | | Re: jumbo vs. standard cup holders... I'm putting these drop ins into carts so I'm thinking one of each per cart.
It's just I'm not liking the symmetry of doing it this way.
Maybe I'll just do 2 of one in each cart.
Sorry , kind of thinking out loud.
