I don't think GGS has EVER been known for nice chips. Great books, cards, crazy stuff like cat house tokens, etc., but always cheap and low quality chips. Quote:

Chips: 501 | | | Re: Gambler's General Store website redesigned Got enlightened about the KEM casino cards that are mentioned in this thread and that GGG was selling both online and in their B&M store. I visited there last week and saw that none were on the shelves. I asked the clerk about them and was informed that they were taken down because a few of the casinos complained since some of them are still in use at the tables.
