No, it would be far too annoying for me.

I have a 4' round table that has 2 leafs that are buried in the closet somewhere. I had someone make me a cover that will work with the 2 leafs in. Of course, I have never used it because it's an overflow table. It usually becomes the cash table.

I'll have to find out how much it is with padding added.

We do not attach any pad.. as it tends to bunch up the cloth when you wash.
Pad is cut separately, and laid on the table separately
A pad (which is a separate piece of felt cut even to the table edge) runs $11.00

I ordered the above. I figure the padding might not be quite as good as the volara(?), but if it's really bad I'll just toss it and buy something better.
