I bought a 99 chip framed display from Couga that was from tiny treasures. I couldn't be happier with it. It looks great. In fact I need to get another one.
I use the 10-chip version (like the one reviewed below) and overall I really like it. One thing to keep in mind is that the recess for the chip is larger in diameter than most chips. That is to say, my 39mm Paulsons will rotate in the recess so they aren't all oriented in the same direction. It doesn't damage the chips, but the slightest bump makes them bounce around. I would assume the larger display has the same characteristic.
