Chips: 177 | | | Re: New shuffler coming to market I am almost tempted to pre-order but I think I should wait until the reviews are in. Also since the shuffler is going to be located at a stationary position on the table, I don't know if it'll be much faster than two decks being shifted/shuffled clockwise versus somebody feeding the shuffler and then passing the deck back to the person dealing. |

I'm just curious why someone would throw $500 on something that most people can do well on their own.
***edit*** Why is this thread -1 in the chip per thread count? It is gear that is poker related, right?

Another thing is it doesn't batch shuffle like a Shuffle Master so it is more random. Ultimately this is just another gadget. Who needs more than two chip sets or one setup of cards? I might consider the in table model if I keep dealing home games. |

My biggest concern is the durability. We all know (ask any dealer) how unreliable the Shufflemasters or, more accurately, how often they break down.
First thing I looked at on this shuffler, the warranty. 90 days... I'll wait for the reviews. |

Yeah, I was considering it till I found the warranty.

Chips: 69 | | | Re: New shuffler coming to market Cool, but I'm thinking how reliable can it be? The shufflemasters are always malfunctioning and whatnot so you can just imagine how a new product like this will work over the course of a year. It would be a ***** to have to mail this thing back to get serviced... and what about maintenance? Still pretty cool though. |

Chips: 12,260 | | | Re: New shuffler coming to market Well think of how much use the shufflemasters get, 24 x 7. These would be more like a few hours once a week? But the 90 day warranty isn't attractive to me either.

I'm just curious why someone would throw $500 on something that most people can do well on their own. | Agree. For $500 one could buy more chips. Besides I enjoy shuffling/dealing. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
