FYI--->As I recall USPC owns GGS so I would guess USPS can sell then where ever they wish. Nice to see another manufacturer selling direct to the public at lesser prices then retailers can,

Someone there must read chiptalk, they fixed the original price on those cards from $10.50 to $19.50, marked down to 17.77
