Bank/safe/cash drawer

Anyone know of a decent home game money holder? Perhaps something with a small lock on it? Doesn't need to be a super safe or anything, but something to keep the money where it is during play and I don't have to have it all shoved in my pockets...

Thanks!

Check your local office supply store. Something like the items here?

Re: Bank/safe/cash drawer

Cool...I never thought of checking staples, but that makes sense now! Those look like exactly what I'm looking for.

THANKS!

Re: Bank/safe/cash drawer

I bought item# 916553 and it works great. It's not really secure, but it does have a small lock on it.

We handle this in 3 ways.

1. Install a drop slot into the table. ALL chips on the table are represented by whatever money is in the drop box.

2. Cheap ($100) Office Depot cash register. This is where we keep OUR house money. AKA our bankroll. When the wife and I buy-in, we go to the register and make a transaction. This is also where we keep lots of smaller bills so that when everyone cashes out we can break it down to the exact amount.

3. A small Office Depot ($15) flip top cash box (like the kind you see at a garage sale) for the Bad Beat Jackpot collection tallies.

1 & 2 use keys for entry, and 3 uses a three roller combination lock. Nothing super secure, but good enough that they won't accidentally be opened by anyone without either a key or the combo.

That looks good. I don't need anything super secure as this is a game with mostly friends, but I think it's a better idea for the bank to NOT be my pockets.

Thanks for all the responses.
