Finally bit the bullet...

I decided to give Dal Negros a try... I ordered a B/G JI Freedomsetup from Trident Cards... figure I'm getting a new table, I might as well get new cards too ^^... I'm thinking they'll hopefully be a nice compromise for the guys I play with who [for some reason] prefer paper cards over the flexibility of my KEMs.

Once I get my new table... I'll have to take a bunch of pics of all my stuff together =o

I had the same problem with the group I play poker with. They hated the copags and how flimsy they were. I got a set of the Dal Negro Torcellos and they love them!

Let us know what you think of them. I just received my first decks of Modiano (sp?) cards. From just shuffling and fidgetting with them, they feel super nice, but of course, the proof is in the playing. I've not been a fan of KEMs, at least not the ones that I have. They warp way too easily. The Copags I have held up fine, but they are way more flexible than I'd prefer. I tried a couple decks of Gemaco plastic cards, but they're extremely stiff and crease easily. I've heard that the Del Negros are a step above the Modianos, so I'll be interested in hearing your review after your next game.

Dal Negros are great -- they're much stiffer and thicker than Kems.

It will be much easier for your players to shuffle if they're used to paper cards.

I''m a HUGE Dal NEgro fan. They're my favorite cards, hands down.

Happy to get all the good things still being said about them (thought it might have been just a little fad thing since it's been kinda quiet for a bit)

Hell, those Freedom backs would go perfect if I had a set of PNYs ~_~ oh well, no $$$ for that =P

The cards came in today... I LOVE them. They aren't nearly as stiff as it sounded like they'd be, yet they seem to be stiff enoughthere won't be any flying cards or anything =P Once again I find great stuff for good price here~
