For excellent cutomer service.

I needed to pick up a couple cheap cases. I think the Elite series cases that gamelandsports carries are by far the best value for the buck in a low cost aluminum case. My order was shipped and reveived very promptly. On arrival one of the cases had a defect in the chip tray that would not let 2 rows of chips sit properly. One email to customer service and a replacement was shipped that day.

Yet another poker supply retailer providing great customer service. If only we could get it to carry over to other industries.

I can't vouch for all of them, but the retailers associated with chiptalk that I have dealt with havr offered excellent service.

Holdempokerchips, ABC Gift, The Chiproom are vendors I have personally dealt with and would not hesitate to do business with again.
