Marker Chip List Please Help Build This List

I want to create this to show what chips are out and why they are used. I would like to try to have a standard useage for these in which i can define in a .pdf for home games.

Please list what chips you have seen that are different from my list and how they are used in your game.

Chips that I know of:

Bounty

Show'em

Rebuy/Reload

Rabbit Hunter

Champion

Little Blind

Big Blind

Missed Blind

Reserved Seat

Kill/No Kill

1/2 Kill/No Kill

Often in casinos that rotate dealers there is a "hold" button for new players that haven't posted yet.

Also, sometimes the "missed blind" are divided into "missed SB" and "missed BB".
